{"id":8204,"date":"2022-09-13T08:32:25","date_gmt":"2022-09-13T07:32:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.klickongstworld.com\/blog\/?p=8204"},"modified":"2022-09-13T08:32:42","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T07:32:42","slug":"nic-issued-update-on-e-way-bill-generation-for-movement-of-gold","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klickongstworld.com\/blog\/nic-issued-update-on-e-way-bill-generation-for-movement-of-gold\/","title":{"rendered":"NIC issued Update on E-Way Bill generation for movement of Gold"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">The National Informatics Centre (<strong>&quot;NIC&quot;<\/strong>) has issued an Update on the E-Way  Bill generation for the movement of Gold.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">As per the Government recommendation, E-Way Bill  generation has been provisioned for movement of Gold (HSN Chapter 71) for all  Intrastate and Interstate transactions. The taxpayers of the state may generate  the E-Waybill for Gold as per the notification issued by their respective  states. The e-Waybill for Gold is available as a separate option in the main  menu. The e-Waybill for Gold has all the same parameters as that of normal  e-waybill except that such e-waybills will not be updated with Part-B details.  The validity of such e-Waybill is calculated based on the pin to pin distance  of origin and destination.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For generating E-Waybill for Gold it is mandatory  that all the items must belong to the HSN Chapter 71 only.
