{"id":9915,"date":"2024-06-08T07:22:44","date_gmt":"2024-06-08T06:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.klickongstworld.com\/blog\/?p=9915"},"modified":"2024-06-08T07:23:33","modified_gmt":"2024-06-08T06:23:33","slug":"filing-of-information-by-manufacturers-of-pan-masala-and-tobacco-taxpayers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.klickongstworld.com\/blog\/filing-of-information-by-manufacturers-of-pan-masala-and-tobacco-taxpayers\/","title":{"rendered":"Filing of information by manufacturers of Pan Masala and Tobacco taxpayers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">GSTN has  issued an advisory dated 07th June 2024 on Filing of information by  manufacturers of Pan Masala and Tobacco taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klickongstworld.com\/uploads\/judgement\/highcourt\/1707463060.pdf\">Notification No. 04\/2024 &#8211; Central Tax dated 05-01-2024<\/a> to seek information  from taxpayers dealing in the goods mentioned therein. Two forms have been  notified vide this notification namely GST SRM-I and GST SRM-II. The former  pertains to the registration and disposal of machines while the latter asks for  information on inputs and outputs during a month. Form GST SRM-I meant for  registration of machines has already been made available on the portal w.e.f.  15-05-2024. Concerned taxpayers are using the same for the registration of  machines and other information asked therein.<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">Now, the second form  namely, Form GST SRM-II is also available on the portal.
